Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said that reforms in GST rates are linked not only to providing relief for the poor but also to ensuring the welfare of traders. Therefore, every citizen of the state must stay informed about GST reforms. The Chief Minister made these remarks on Sunday while addressing the youth at his official residence during the launch of “Namo Sanchetna – Namo Yuva Dhan” for the youth of the Nagaram region.

He said that under the leadership of PM Modi, more than 170 million poor people have received LPG connections through the Ujjwala Yojana. The government’s aim is to ensure balanced development across all regions of the country, provide opportunities for youth to progress, and guarantee equal rights for women. He added that the state government is working for every section of society, and the benefits of schemes in education, healthcare, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and other sectors are reaching all communities.

While addressing the youth, the CM said that turning towards programs like NREGA can become a cause of decline for young people. He urged them to move forward towards self-employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He emphasised that Uttar Pradesh’s greatest strength is its youth power, and it is the responsibility of all of us to guide it in the right direction.

Namo Sanchetna will give society a new direction

The CM called on the youth to become self-reliant, set their goals, and move forward with determination, enthusiasm, and energy. He said innovative schemes are being designed to channelise the energy of the youth. The government is focusing on training young people and creating opportunities for self-employment. He added that the state government is running self-employment, entrepreneurship, and startup schemes for youth, which everyone should take advantage of. Youth power is the nation’s power.

Time to Reflect

The CM said that this is a time for reflection- a time to think about how India will become a developed nation. We can no longer afford to wait. Under the government’s vision of “Developed India – Developed Uttar Pradesh 2047”, the nation will enter its Amrit Kaal in 2047, and by then Uttar Pradesh will have become an economic force worth ₹12.36 lakh crore. The Chief Minister urged the youth to go from village to village, spreading awareness about government schemes and innovations, and to enlighten their communities.
